Maintenance Plans for a Healthy Website

Website Care Memberships

Even a brand-new car will eventually need some maintenance. Keeping your site healthy and up-to-date is vital to protect it from potential threats as well as improve the user experience. Website browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) are constantly updating
their code for performance and for security. In turn, the tools used to
build your website also need to be updated regularly to keep your
website safe and secure in addition to being compatible with browser
updates

To keep your site running efficiently we recommend updating your site at least once a month with one of our website maintenance memberships.

Website Care Member Benefits

VIP Status

If you’re a member, you’re a VIP. If there is any problem with your site, we will address it within 24 hours versus the 2-3 day ticket time for non-members.

Discounts on Changes

Every membership plan keeps the site up to date. If you need other changes outside your plan like adding a new page or blog post, you get a discount at $70/hr versus the $85 for non-members.
(Bonus: If an update takes less than 5 minutes, we don't charge you!)

Daily Backups of Your Site

Stuff happens. Servers go down, your hosting renewal bills get overlooked, etc. We keep daily backups of your site and can restore it even if you let your hosting account lapse.

Uptime Monitoring

We monitor your website’s uptime, i.e. whether your website is running or is it down. We are notified and on the job if something goes wrong with your site.

Delegate a Tedious Task

You have enough to do while running your business. Technical issues on your website shouldn’t be something you have to deal with.

Peace of Mind

Your site is kept up to date to help protect it against hacker and bot threats as well as keep it working great with browser updates.

At the beginning of each month, we will provide basic website maintenance and update all the plugins on your site. If there are any conflicts after the updates, we'll take care of them. This is an affordable plan to keep your site running smoothly and you don’t plan on making regular changes. If needed, you can request additional updates at $70/hr vs our normal $85/hr rate.
